The Military Transition Roundtable is one of the organizations pivotal in my transition out of the military. It was recommended by a previous peer when starting to build my LinkedIn network 9 months before my transition. I quickly learned the benefits of the mastermind group. The twice a month virtual meeting allowed me access to five to nine other military members who were where I was in my transition, a little farther ahead or just starting. Since transition is a unique experience, I was able to see, and hear their journey, ask questions and learn from their experiences.
