At the Military Transition Roundtable, we believe veterans and families trust others who have overcome similar issues during their departure from military service.
Through our online or in person meetings, we help our participants also find other resources to assist them during their transition. These peer-based encounters help other military members and their families recognize that others have successfully found solutions to their ongoing issues. Once a student has graduated from our program, we often call on them to assist others like them address their transition issues.
We have worked with many other outstanding veteran organizations that assist veterans who provide them information. Instead of a religious tent revival approach to transition, our program focuses on accountability

Matt brought me into the Military Transition Roundtable in early 2020 when the program was just being developed. for over 3 years he provided mentorship as I decided to leave the Active Duty Army. during that time he provided resources that I still use today, recommendations to navigate separation, and was a sounding board for issues experienced along the way.

When I started with MTR I had zero idea of where I was going or what I was doing. Matt and his team coached and mentored me. I may have been okay without them but I am positive it would not have been as smooth and effective as it turned out.

The Military Transition Roundtable is one of the organizations pivotal in my transition out of the military. It was recommended by a previous peer when starting to build my LinkedIn network 9 months before my transition. I quickly learned the benefits of the mastermind group. The twice a month virtual meeting allowed me access to five to nine other military members who were where I was in my transition, a little farther ahead or just starting. Since transition is a unique experience, I was able to see, and hear their journey, ask questions and learn from their experiences.
